Yard Work at Margaret's Village

On veteran's day, Solu brought a group of teens, all 9th graders at Ida Crown Jewish Academy (and parents) to Margaret's Village homeless shelter in Englewood. They spent an afternoon raking up the yard where the formerly homeless children play. Over the past year, Solu has created a warm relationship with Margaret's Village, which houses 100 homeless Chicagoans, mostly women and children. Tizku l'mitzvot!
